Commercial real estate software · Built by a broker

Built because the work kept falling between the tools.

I did not begin with a software category. I began with a commercial real estate broker's recurring problem: too much evidence, too many disconnected systems, too much relationship context, and too little time left for judgment.

Why I built it

The questions arriving on my desk were bigger than the tools available to answer them.

I wanted to know which properties were changing, who actually owned them, which tenants fit, what had happened in the relationship, what I had promised, and what the next piece of work required. The answers existed—but in different tools, different records, different memories, and different moments.

Signal Intelligence is an attempt to hold those pieces together long enough to make a better read, prepare the next decision, and keep the human accountable for what follows.

“The non-linear path isn’t the detour. It’s where the edge lives.”

The operating belief

Find the signal. Share the process. Open the door.

The read

Data is the beginning

The edge lives in interpretation, contradiction, context, and the question the numbers still cannot answer.

The process

Show the work

Receipts, limits, corrections, and uncertainty are part of the product—not material to hide behind the conclusion.

The human

Protect the judgment

The system should return attention to the relationship, the negotiation, and the decision where human perspective matters.
